Free social media automation course: 18 lessons, zero code

Posting the same content everywhere, answering messages on time, sending your link to everyone who comments: those are chores, not your job. The course “Automate your social media” (in French) teaches you to hand them to a machine. And, just as important, to decide which ones to keep for yourself: that’s what the very first lesson is about.

Taught in French: is it for you?

The whole course is in French: the voice-over, the screen demos and the PDF sheets. If you read and listen to French comfortably, it’s for you. The promise: method first, tool second

Every lesson starts with the why: the network’s rule, the trap, the right habit. PlugKit is the common thread for the demos, because it’s the tool we test on Occirank’s Instagram account. But you leave with a method, not a software manual.

The course follows the order you’ll need it in: connecting your accounts, posting without thinking about it, editing video without editing software, never missing a message, setting up the automations that bring in leads, reading your numbers, keeping costs under control.

• A 3 to 4 minute screen demo (from 2 min 47 s to 4 min 15 s depending on the lesson), with real screenshots of the account. No mock-ups.
• An illustrated PDF sheet to keep at hand when you repeat the steps.
• No jargon: the course is written for people who don’t code.

The messaging lessons only use aggregated numbers: no screenshots of conversations, no third-party names.

A taste: the 24-hour rule (lesson 10)

On 24 October 2026, Occirank’s Instagram inbox held 160 conversations. How many could still receive a free-form message? Three.

Instagram only accepts a free-form message within 24 hours of the person’s last message. After that, the door stays shut until they write again. Lesson 10 shows you how to read that window, and why a DM left for three days can’t be fixed with a simple reply.

Another example, from lesson 4: PlugKit’s dashboard editor has a single caption field. A caption adapted to each network therefore goes through the conversation with the AI. It’s the kind of detail that makes a post fail, and the course gives it to you before you fall into it.
